12/30 – Reddy Enterprises, LLC purchased a 3,200 sq. ft. building located at 2248 NW 164th Street for $420,000. Seller was Alliance Property Development, Inc. The sale was negotiated by Rod N. Baker, CCIM, BFCRES.

12/31 – Winchester Capital, LLC purchased 15,000 sq. ft. (.34 acres) of land located at 1501 N. Kickapoo, Shawnee for $160,000. Seller was the George Francis Larch-Miller and Frida Joan Larch-Miller Trust. The sale was negotiated by Rod N. Baker, CCIM, BFCRES.
