Construction at the new Gran Plaza Office Park is going well, with 3 buildings under construction, and a total of 11 planned.

Commerce Pointe is a new 25 acre planned, multi-use development on Wilshire & N. Rockwell in Oklahoma City. 1 – 4 acre pad sites available. The owners are planning a small lake as an amenity.

An eighth Security Self Storage is being planned for 2005 in the 22 acre Penn Pointe development. A bank site is planned for the corner of 164th and N. Pennsylvania, Sonic will be breaking ground very shortly on a new restaurant fronting Pennsylvania, the Penn Pointe Office Park is under development and the Penn Pointe Retail Center is available for pre-leasing (opening Fall 2004).

Security Self Storage at NW 122nd & MacArthur is expanding to keep pace with customer needs.

Overall, a busy spring, with many new listings!

Winter 2003-4

Common Area Improvements are underway at Gran Plaza Office Park at 153rd & N. May. This Executive Office Park is conveniently located near the Kilpatrick Turnpike & Lake Hefner Parkway, major retail developments and many restaurants.
Construction will start this month on two buildings of 3,200 and 4,200 s.f. respectively.

Groundwork has begun at Penn Pointe, a 22 acre mixed-use development at 164th & N. Penn. Please call Rod Baker for a package. We are initiating development of retail, restaurants, office and self-storage facilities. Pre-leasing has begun on the retail center.

Little Caesar's Pizza and Sharp Cleaners are open for business at the new 119th & S. May Retail Center. Others, including Procuts, are set to open soon! One space still available! Next to the new Sonic restaurant with a new YMCA planned directly across the street.
